2nd Shift Warehouse Associate
Location: Douglas, MA
Shift: 2nd Shift
Pay Rate: $17.50-$20.50/hr
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented 2nd Shift Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. As a 2nd Shift Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring orders are packed accurately and efficiently, contributing to a smooth and productive warehouse operation. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Accurately pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Ensure all items are properly labeled and packaged to meet quality standards.
- Verify order contents against packing slips to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy by tracking items used during packing.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow established procedures and safety guidelines to minimize risks.
- Support team members in meeting daily production goals.
- Communicate with supervisors regarding any discrepancies or issues.
- Perform other general warehouse tasks as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or packing environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift items up to 50 lbs
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer skills for tracking and processing orders.
- Willingness to work 2nd shift and occasional overtime as needed.
