Job Description: Warehouse Associate
Pay Range: $17.00- $22.00 hourly- based on experience
Schedule:8-hour shift / Days / Monday to Friday
Essential Job Functions:
Receiving, storage, and distribution of household goods shipments, fitness equipment, and special products within the warehouse.
Ensuring accurate and efficient execution of warehouse orders, including pulling, packing, vaulting, stacking crated freight and releasing of shipments
Operating various warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, in a safe and efficient manner.
Keeping the warehouse clean and organized, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and guidelines.
Assisting in the loading and unloading of trailers, straight trucks, and containers.
Need to have the strength and stamina to repeatedly lift and move at least 75 lbs. throughout each day.
Assembly and disassembly of treadmills, spin bikes and other fitness equipment.
Monitoring and reporting any damage to inbound or outbound shipments, equipment, or facilities.
Working with other warehouse staff and management to improve warehouse processes and procedures.
Maintaining and / or creating records of inventory, orders, and shipments using inventory management software- Windfall NG.
Utilizes strong time management skills daily.
Performing other duties as assigned by warehouse management.
To be successful in this role, a warehouse associate should have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Additionally, they should have basic computer skills and be physically fit, as the job may require heavy lifting and long periods of standing, walking, or moving around the warehouse.

- Good work ethic and a positive, professional attitude.
- High-school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Communication skills to engage professionally both verbally and in-writing in English.
