Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily workflow of warehouse operations and provide strategic direction to ensure all activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and profitably. Additionally, this role will include responsibilities for fleet management, ensuring the maintenance and efficiency of company vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with company standards.
  • Manage and resolve discrepancies with shipping, invoices, packing slips, and receiver reports.
  • Researches, identifies, and presents new ideas to improve warehouse and fleet operations
  • Complete all required management reports accurately and on time.
  • Oversee fleet management, including scheduling regular maintenance, managing vehicle logs, and ensuring fleet compliance with safety and regulatory standards. 
  • Handle payments, including invoices, and maintain accurate financial records to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Regularly work in warehouse conditions that may include moving mechanical parts, heat, and humidity.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, local, and company safety policies.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.
  • Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including creating and managing complex formulas.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • In office only- no remote work.
  • Lifting up to 40 lbs. may be required infrequently.
  • Must be able to move objects and use abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue. Constant movement and use of limbs; this position requires good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina.
