Description
The Warehouse Technician provides support to all departments by ensuring the warehouse is clean, organized, and stocked. The Warehouse Technician will prepare, receive, order and export warehouse deliveries, to include job site material and consumables. The Warehouse Technician will also be involved in fleet maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Receiving & Material Organization
- Receive all material into Dtools
- Document all S/N and MAC addresses
- Print out and apply labels for job-specific material
- Create job location bins for storage and shipping
- Document project storage location with the primary and secondary warehouses
- Small Parts & Office Stock
- Maintain proper max/min quantities for all small parts
- Maintain proper max/min quantities for office supplies
- Put out POs to restock material that needs to be replenished
- Restock Field Technician Milwaukee tool packouts
- Fulfill Field Technician requests for small parts to be staged for the next day
- Staging Material
- Monitor staging request response sheet
- Pull material
- Mark it is picked in Dtools
- Take photos of all material and submit in Staging Report
- Label staged material for bay staging and notify technician and/or PM
- Set up courier for deliveries
- Set up FedEx deliveries
- Set up FedEx Freight deliveries for larger, out-of-town deliveries
- Process Equipment Pending Resolution (EPR)
- Fleet Maintenance
- Coordinate new vehicles
- AME
- Branding
- Insurance
- EZPass
- Registration Tracking & Documentation
- Manage Enterprise & Fleetio
- Schedule maintenance
- Clean & Sweep Warehouse
- Empty trash from warehouse and fabrication into dumpster
- Restock restrooms & kitchen
- Coordinate with third party technicians for facility maintenance
Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a warehouse facility is a plus
- Able to be on their feet for extended periods
- Able to lift 50lbs
- Understanding of basic computer software and operating systems
- Valid Drivers License
- Reliable means of transportation to work
- Able to multitask
