WAREHOUSE Associate - NEFFSVILLE PLUMBING & HVAC / Lancaster PA

Full-Time / Hourly Position

Looking for enthusiastic, organized, customer-focused warehouse associates to support this very busy branch location!

Support our Techs in the field - Run small Warehouse, order replenishment materials, fill orders to re-stock trucks, receive goods, inventory control.

The warehouse apprentice assists in maintaining day-to-day warehouse operations including material stocking of warehouse inventory and building material stock for Len The Plumber (LTP) trucks. Directly supports Service Technicians, requiring impeccable customer service skills as well as a strong sense of urgency and accuracy.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Excellent computer/systems skills, purchasing experience, and admin skills
  • Must have a great "customer service" attitude! Fast-paced environment. Strong Inventory Control / Systems / EXCEL experience required
  • Help manage day-to-day operations of the warehouse
  • Place orders with vendors
  • Count, receive, and put away material deliveries
  • Run replenishments for truck stock bi-weekly
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and debris-free warehouse
  • Perform transactions in WMS and troubleshoot as needed
  • Perform start-up, in-service, and exit inventories for trucks and quarterly for the warehouse
  • Willingness to 'pitch in' wherever needed is important
  • Team-oriented, positive attitude and customer service focus are helpful in this support role

Qualifications:

  • Ability to travel to other branches for coverage when required
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and implement solutions
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally and externally to accomplish objectives
  • Customer-focused and result-driven approach

Working Conditions/Physical Demands:

  • Work is performed in a warehouse environment.
  • Ability to lift and transport >50lbs

Experience/ Education:

  • High School degree
  • 3+ years experience in a warehouse role
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills required
  • Familiarity with Plumbing parts, materials, supplies, and equipment is helpful!
