Your Schedule:
- Monday - Friday
- 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (42.5 hours per week)
Your Core Duties:
Inbound and Outbound Freight Detail Management:
- Verify accuracy of inbound freight with data found within the warehouse management system (WMS)
- Upload all inbound freight receipts into WMS
- Enter all outbound freight orders into WMS, verifying their accuracy (shipment date, product, customer name, customer address, and special instructions)
- Bill all charges for both our inbound and outbound freight
- Scan freight images into WMS system, as needed
Product Management:
- Enter all products (items) into WMS, including, but not limited to, configuration, description, and billing information
Inventory Management:
- Manage cycle counting, inventory, product batches, and communication of damaged product.
Customer Service:
- Serve as the liaison with key customers
- Communicate with customers regarding receipts (transmitted via email), inventory discrepancies, and order processing
- Problem solve with customers, as needed
Hands-On Warehousing Activities:
- Assist in the loading, unloading, and sorting of product, as needed

Desired Experience:
- 2+ years warehousing experience (required)
- 2+ years administrative experience (required)
- Use of a warehouse management system (required)
- Use of Extensive 3 PL warehouse management system (preferred)
