Your Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday
  • 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (42.5 hours per week)

Your Core Duties:


Inbound and Outbound Freight Detail Management:

  • Verify accuracy of inbound freight with data found within the warehouse management system (WMS)
  • Upload all inbound freight receipts into WMS
  • Enter all outbound freight orders into WMS, verifying their accuracy (shipment date, product, customer name, customer address, and special instructions)
  • Bill all charges for both our inbound and outbound freight
  • Scan freight images into WMS system, as needed

Product Management:

  • Enter all products (items) into WMS, including, but not limited to, configuration, description, and billing information

Inventory Management:

  • Manage cycle counting, inventory, product batches, and communication of damaged product.

Customer Service:

  • Serve as the liaison with key customers
  • Communicate with customers regarding receipts (transmitted via email), inventory discrepancies, and order processing
  • Problem solve with customers, as needed

Hands-On Warehousing Activities:

  • Assist in the loading, unloading, and sorting of product, as needed

  • Data upload, entry, and auditing - 40%
  • Hands-on warehouse activities - 20%

Desired Experience:

  • 2+ years warehousing experience (required)
  • 2+ years administrative experience (required)
  • Use of a warehouse management system (required)
  • Use of Extensive 3 PL warehouse management system (preferred)
