Job Responsibilities:
- Supervises a team and keeps policies, strategic objectives, and organizational goals as a high priority within that team.
- Provide on job training to Warehouse Associates to achieve maximum potential and retain a motivated workforce.
- Implement and maintain 5S in workplace along side safety requirements.
- Maintain Warehouse Management System, Including inventory accuracy and material allocation.
- Report employee issues to Reporting Manager and HR.
- Reporting of daily inventory cycle counts and daily warehouse progress.
- Drive Goals to rest of the team members.
- Maintain and develop processes to improve operating results.
- Collaborate with other department supervisors for daily support if needed.
- Supervises the hiring process for openings within the departments organizational chart and is responsible for interviewing, selecting, and processing hiring paperwork for candidates.
- Other Duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Forklift Certification required.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid Driver’s License required.
- Must have basic computer skills, familiarity with Microsoft Office strongly preferred.
- Must be able to read tape measure, work instructions, and other documents.
- Must be able to lift/carry/push/pull up to 50lbs; must be able to stand/walk for 8+ hours.
