Join our team as a Warehouse Specialist

Based out of our New Braunfels, Texas location, you will be a key player in our warehouse operations. Your role will involve managing the efficient movement of materials and goods, ensuring our production teams have what they need to create high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities of our Warehouse Specialist include:

• Health, Safety, and Security: Follow standards of health, safety, and security policies and procedures.
• Freight Receiving: Physically unload or assist unloading, check packing slip accuracy, and receive in ERP.
• Material Management: Put up material in warehouse or satellite storage and prepare orders from internal customers by picking materials and updating picking slips.
• Production Support: Promote gelcoat, pigment resin, and mix raw materials daily for production. Test gelcoat and resin gel time and viscosity if properly trained.
• Packaging and Inventory: Palletize and package materials to ensure compliance and proper delivery. Perform inventory counts to ensure ERP record accuracy and enter transfer orders in ERP.
• Internal Delivery: Deliver freight to internal customers and schedule the pick-up of small parcels.
• Hazmat Preparation: Prepare shipments of hazmat materials.

Required Skills and Qualifications (We would like our talented Warehouse Specialist to have at least these minimum skills & experience):

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Experience working in warehouse. logistics or manufacturing environment.
• Experience working with manual pallet jacks and powered industrial vehicles.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Ability to read and update packing or picking slips, reports, and business correspondence.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational, detail-oriented, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
