Warehouse Associate
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Pay Range: $20-22/hr
Shift Options: 6:30am- 3:30pm or 7:30am- 4:30pm

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process orders accurately using inventory systems and verify product quantities.
  • Safely operate manual and powered equipment, including forklifts (certification required).
  • Conduct quality control by inspecting products for damage and ensuring proper labeling.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Key Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • 1-5 years of warehouse experience
  • Forklift experience required, current certification a plus
  • Basic computer skills and strong communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Physical Requirements
  • Stand or walk for up to 8 hours
  • Lift up to 45 pounds
  • Bend, reach, and operate equipment as needed
  • Stand and walk continuously in a warehouse environment for 8+ hours
  • Frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach to stack, carry, lift, and pick products throughout the day
  • Stack pallets and totes up to six feet high
