Job Summary
Window World Warehouse associate will work with the Director of Administration and Field Operations Manager to receive our hurricane impact products from multiple vendors weighing in excess of 100 lbs per unit. Day-to-day, the warehouse associate will attend to three to five installation teams inspecting, identifying product and loading scheduled client product installations. The Warehouse associate will be responsible for the facility cleanliness. We will also train this team member to complete warranty work related to windows, sliding glass doors and entry doors. The candidate must be energetic and positive with a customer-first mentality to create positive experiences for all Window World customers and team members .
Responsibilities
  • Complete all train to perform warranty work related to windows, sliding glass doors and entry doors.
    • Sash replacement.
    • IGU replacement.
  • Final punch out; caps and covers.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of products and policies.
  • Unload / Load impact windows and doors
  • Resolve customer issues by determining cause of problem and help facilitating a resolution
  • Accurately update customer accounts and records in CRM.
  • Follow standard operating procedures.
  • Prepare inventory report for management.
  • Maintain a well-organized and professional workspace.
  • Provide assistance with training and orientation for other team members as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Strong work ethic and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent customer service skills including active listening, critical thinking, and desire to resolve customer concerns.
  • Accuracy in data entry and proficient typing skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook applications.
  • Phone skills
  • Coachable with the ability to learn new programs and processes.
  • Positive, upbeat attitude and ability to work on a team.
  • Prior experience working with a CRM is a plus.
  • Able to lift and move excess of 50 lbs multiple times daily.
