In this full-time position, you'll support our residential HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) and insulation teams by taking charge of incoming deliveries and keeping our warehouse well stocked and organized. You will also keep our field crews fully prepared to do their jobs as you drive a company vehicle to deliver the necessary materials to project sites throughout the East Bay.

The right person for this position is someone who:

• Doesn't mind getting up and starting work early
• Is a safe driver with a great driving record
  • Hasnt had a ticket or accident in the past five years
• Keeps her/his/their own home and garage organized
• Likes to make lists and is open to making them on an app
• Prefers to be their own boss, working independently much of the time

Eco Performance Builders is a licensed HVAC, general, and insulation contracting company with headquarters in Walnut Creek. Requirements:

• Highly organized with great attention to detail.
• Clean CA driver's license record for the past 5 years, and your own vehicle - truck (preferred).
• Full-time employment and willingness to start early (6:30 a.m. or sometimes earlier if needed).
• Ability to pass a drug screen and free of drugs that are considered illegal in the State of California.
• A self-starter who enjoys learning how things work and will read the manual or look for solutions online before involving others.

Compensation: $25.00/hr. and up, depending on experience. This position offers 6 paid holidays in the first year, paid sick time, and medical benefits (50% toward Kaisers silver plan), dental, vision plus 401(k) matching for retirement.
