TITLE: Temporary Operations Warehouse Administrator
Job Description:
  • Extensive data entry into our Inventory Management System (IMS)
  • Create service orders
  • Walking the yard for deliveries Posting and Rotation
  • Maintain storage log
  • Printing storage for yard crew
  • Upload copy receipt photos online
  • Track & download reshoots for photo department
Required Skills:
  • Must be comfortable working in an Operations environment
  • Must be customer-focused and detail-oriented
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Quick learner, computer savvy, ability to learn Inventory Management System
Comfortable with Word, Excel, Outlook
Location - 1731 Workman Street, Los Angeles, CA
Duration - 2 Months (Temp Only)
On-Site Role - 5 Days/Week
Hours - 5AM-2PM
Please note that this role will be working on-site in an Operations environment and the hours are 5AM-2PM
