TITLE: Temporary Operations Warehouse Administrator
Job Description:
- Extensive data entry into our Inventory Management System (IMS)
- Create service orders
- Walking the yard for deliveries Posting and Rotation
- Maintain storage log
- Printing storage for yard crew
- Upload copy receipt photos online
- Track & download reshoots for photo department
Required Skills:
- Must be comfortable working in an Operations environment
- Must be customer-focused and detail-oriented
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Quick learner, computer savvy, ability to learn Inventory Management System
Comfortable with Word, Excel, Outlook
Location - 1731 Workman Street, Los Angeles, CA
Duration - 2 Months (Temp Only)
On-Site Role - 5 Days/Week
Hours - 5AM-2PM
Please note that this role will be working on-site in an Operations environment and the hours are 5AM-2PM
