We're seeking Warehouse Manager to negotiate vendor pricing, manager our fleet of trucks, maintain our pricing system among other tasks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to ensure that appropriate minimum and maximum stock levels are maintained.
• Negotiate vendor pricing
• Manage buyback program for excess inventory, as needed
• Verify counts and prices on shipments.
• Maintain computerized purchase order system.
• Manage process for accountability of techs for truck inventory
• Manage the truck stocking/bin layout mapping
• Asset tracking (tools and vehicles) - tying to depreciation schedule
• Maintain up to date material pricing in system.
• Optimize parts request process
• Assist in product and material research for technicians.
• Manage fleet
• Conduct regular safety training and safety inspections.
• Communicate clearly, show recognition and build rapport with employees and vendors.
• Hold weekly 1 on 1 meetings with staff.
• Monitor staff performance to ensure that accuracy and safety goals are met
• Assist staff with 100-day plan creation, including followup during weekly 1 on 1.
• Create an annual budget, control expenses and meet or exceed plan.
• Shape company culture by living out company values.

Qualifications

• Inventory management experience
• Knowledge of plumbing and HVAC parts and materials
