Nashville, TN - Pay Range $17-18hr

Job Brief

Associate supports various warehouse roles through overseeing incoming and outgoing shipping activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and conditions of shipments. They will help in the coordination of receiving incoming material, the fulfillment of outgoing product, and assist in the completion of facilities and maintenance work as needed by our Facilities Department

Responsibilities

• Accurately count and inventory items to ensure stock levels align with records.
• Perform daily tasks related to receiving and verifying incoming shipments for quantity, quality, and accuracy.
• Ensure order fulfillment meets accuracy standards.
• Meet established performance metrics and deadlines.
• Keep picking bins stocked, organize overstock inventory, and maintain an orderly workspace.

Requirements

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with strong follow-through and problem-solving skills.
• Effective time management skills to meet daily responsibilities and deadlines.
• Experience in a wholesale distribution environment is highly advantageous.
• Previous experience in the promotional products industry is a plus.
