Schedule:
  • Friday - Tuesday (Wednesday and Friday Off)
    • 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Key Roles - Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
  • Shift Management: Bridge opening and closing shifts.
  • Resource Balancing: Accommodate needs of Sales, Admin, Inventory, and Production departments.
  • Warehouse Operations: Oversee receiving, inventory, fulfilment, and warehouse management.
  • Training and Reporting: Train staff, manage administration, and report on operations.
  • Fulfillment: Lead daily tasks, ensure accuracy, and prepare shipments.
  • Distribution: Communicate with drivers and handle outbounds.
  • HR Functions: Manage scheduling, timekeeping, vacation approvals, and performance reviews.
  • Compliance: Support SOP, GMP, HACCP & SSOP directives and maintain records.
  • Production: Direct staging requests and complete necessary paperwork.

    • Fulfilment: Efficient picking, flawless scanning, attention to detail.
    • Receiving: Correctly receives, scans, labels, and stores items.
    • Inventory: Identifies pack dates, rotates stock, and maintains accurate inventory.
  12. Detail-Oriented: Ensures specifications are executed and reports are accurate.
  13. Mechanical: Maintains equipment and knows when to call a specialist.
  14. Attitude: Maintains a positive, supportive, and caring communication style.
Physical Requirements:
  • Lifting/Carrying: Up to 60 lbs. frequently.
  • Pushing/Pulling: Occasionally up to 2000 lbs.
  • Physical Skills: High agility, finger and manual dexterity.
  • Posture Tolerance: Constant standing/walking, occasional reaching, bending, climbing, and kneeling.
 
Work Environment:
  • Cold Environment 0-50 F degrees.
  • Pace varies depending on the receiving, shipping, and production activities.
  • Regular operation of heavy equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and dock plates.
Pay Rate: $72,000 annually ($34.62 per hour) plus benefits.
