The Warehouse Support Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and warehouse activities. This position is responsible for coordinating the shipment and receipt of goods, maintaining inventory records, and supporting the team in meeting tight deadlines with accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to excellence, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while upholding standards of professionalism.

Requirements:

MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES

• Unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders or packing lists, checking for damage, and ensuring accurate counts.
• Loading and prepare items for shipping by assembling, packing, labeling, and documenting shipments according to customer and company requirements.
• Maintain and organize inventory, ensuring accurate counts and proper storage in the warehouse.
• Integral role of our production and preparation team. Delivering and receive products into and out of the warehouse (and local offsite offices CERTS, offsite warehouse).
• Crating product and helping on such tasks as well
• Accurately enter shipping and receiving data into inventory management systems and update records as necessary.
• Perform Physical Inventory tasks annually and throughout the year.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and carriers to resolve shipping discrepancies, delays, or other issues.
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of shipping and receiving processes to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
• Secondary responsibility, to assist the shop with the fabrication of cleanroom items, contributing to the overall success of our modular construction projects when time permits.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 1+ Years Shipping and Receiving experience.
• 2+ years forklift experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Basic proficiency with computers and experience with inventory or logistics software is a plus (FedEx)
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Driving experience, working with tools and equipment experience.
• Read and understand work orders.
• Must be willing to work overtime, nights and weekends when necessary.
