As an experienced Receptionist at Miami Family Law Group, you will play a crucial role in managing our front desk operations and supporting our staff. You will be responsible for handling high-volume calls, managing the senior attorney's calendar, scheduling and starting meetings, and warmly greeting clients. Your ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish will be essential in this role.

Responsibilities

•Answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls in both English and Spanish, directing them to the appropriate parties.
•Efficiently manage the senior attorney's calendar, including scheduling appointments and meetings.
•Coordinate and initiate meetings, ensuring all logistics are handled and all participants are informed.
•Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy, providing an exceptional first impression.
•Oversee front desk operations, including handling mail, packages, and general inquiries.
•Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area.
•Perform various administrative tasks as needed, including document preparation and data entry.
•Address and resolve client and visitor issues with a high level of professionalism and discretion.

Qualifications

•Minimum of 8 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
•Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
•Proven ability to handle a high volume of calls and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
•Demonstrated experience managing executive-level calendars and scheduling meetings.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (e.g., fax machines, printers).
•Professional appearance and demeanor.
