ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
You will answer incoming phone calls, emails and inbound internet leads in a friendly, interested and helpful manner. He or she receives, processes and coordinates all incoming sales inquiries and reaches out to potential customers through outbound calls. Communication is a big part of this role!

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
You will answer incoming phone calls, emails and inbound internet leads in a friendly, interested and helpful manner. He or she receives, processes and coordinates all incoming sales inquiries and reaches out to potential customers through outbound calls. Communication is a big part of this role!
- Greets showroom customers and determines the nature of their visit.
- Obtains and records basic demographic information about each customer, using dealership sales control system.
- Direct customers to product information resources, including those available online.
- Answers basic customer inquiries. Refers more extensive inquiries to the appropriate person.
- Directs customers to the correct department, notifies the appropriate salesperson that a customer is waiting, or introduces the customer to a salesperson.
- Deliver inquiries and messages intended for other personnel and departments promptly.
- Records Floor Log to ensure all sales visitors are accounted for and appropriate, accurate notes are typed into the Customer Relationship Management software.
- Serves as telephone back-up.
- Serves as clerical back-up.
- Maintains professional appearance and well-spoken manners.
- Other tasks as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Strong writing skills for writing business correspondence
- Strong time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented and positive attitude with high energy personality
- Professional appearance and attitude required, and must be reliable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel or Google Docs and Sheets
- Must have a valid U.S driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in customer service recommended
RECEPTIONIST SCHEDULE
- Closed every Sunday
- Monday-Friday 4:00pm-7:00pm
- Every Saturday 8:00-5:00
