Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers for government organization
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Coordinate events and meetings, including planning and logistics
- Handle phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Conduct proofreading tasks to ensure accuracy in written communications
- Typing, filing
- Sitting for prolonged period of time
- Special assignments as requested
- Ordering of supplies, maintaining service of copier, check leases of equipment, check stamp machine, maintain toner levels, etc
Working hours: 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM
