- Operate telephone to answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information, or taking messages
- Greet persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations
- Receive payment and record receipts for services
- Interact With Computers
- Perform Administrative Activities
- Obtain Information
- Establish and Maintain Interpersonal Relationships
- Document/Record Information
- Communicate with Persons Outside the Organization
- Process Information
- Collect deposits, payments or fees
- Distribute and sort mail
- File documents or records
- Prepare business correspondence
- Provide notifications to customers or patrons
- Record personnel information
- Respond to customer problems or complaints
- Send information, materials or documentation
- Equipment Used: Scanners, Postage Machines, Laser Fax Machine, Document Management Software
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- 1 to 3 years experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant or similar is preferred.
- 1 to 3 years experience with Customer Service or similar is preferred.
