West Coast Trial Lawyers is hiring: Receptionist in Los Angeles

West Coast Trial Lawyers, a downtown Los Angeles law firm, seeks a Spanish Speaking receptionist. No previous receptionist experience is required. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our firm. The ideal candidate should possess a welcoming demeanor, as this position also involves customer service.

REQUIREMENTS

• Answering, screening, and transferring telephone calls
• Interviewing prospective clients
• Scheduling meetings with new clients
• Scanning, faxing, copying, and mailing
• Collecting case information and documents
• Preparing and sending correspondence
• Updating case management software
• Maintaining case calendars
• Posting on social media sites

REQUIREMENTS

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Well-organized and detail-oriented
• Reliable and punctual
• Professional etiquette and appearance
• Excellent customer service skills. You will be talking to clients on a daily basis
