We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and must present a neat well-groomed appearance. This position at times will also provide administrative support across the organization. Being bilingual is helpful, but not required.

DUTIES:

Greet and assist clients upon their arrival
Coordinate client interactions by promptly notifying their respective case managers, paralegals, or attorneys upon their arrival for settlement check pickups, general inquiries, or scheduled meetings.
Manage all incoming mail, including pre-litigation emails sent to the pleadings email, and ensure it is logged promptly and accurately.
Log and process all incoming checks, CDs, and flash drives.
Assist case managers, paralegals, and attorneys with various tasks as needed, such as requesting billing/medical records, sending out full and finals, making copies of documents, and faxing.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the downstairs conference room, lobby area, and the kitchen and stock the refrigerator with beverages throughout the day.
EXPERIENCE:

- 6 months to 1 year of experience interacting with public/clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise



Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
