The Receptionist/Administrative person is the first point of contact for clients and visitors and is responsible for facilitating the efficient operation of the company through a variety of clerical and administrative tasks.

Maintain a functional and tidy reception area (9:00 am to 5:00 pm)
Greet and assist clients, visitors, and guests
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls; take messages
Handle mail, packages, and deliveries
Order and stock office and kitchen supplies
Issue office key cards, parking, and business cards
Provide backup support for other administrative assistants
Liaise with building management
Maintain office machines
Assist with company events and business meetings
Arrange cards, flowers, and gifts as needed
Manage corporate memberships and subscriptions
Support additional administrative duties as required

Required Skills & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent
At least one year of clerical support experience
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of clerical procedures
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Bachelors degree
Two or more years of related experience
Bilingual in Japanese (native level) and English (business level)

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
