The Receptionist will greet, assist, and provide direction and information to clients, visitors, and other organization guests.

Cirks Construction Inc. (CCI), dba KDC Construction, offers a competitive salary/hourly range of $20.00 to $22.00 per hour - reflective of the candidate's experience and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees:

Essential Job Functions
- Greets clients, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each person’s visit and directs or escorts them to the appropriate location.
- Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff; takes messages and schedules appointments.
- Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items.
- Performs administrative and clerical support tasks.
- Performs basic filing and recordkeeping.
- Responsible for working safely, both for self-protection and protection of co-workers, by supporting all Company safety efforts.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education, Experience, and Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
- Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with computers and familiar with Microsoft Software Suite.
- Demonstrates strong conflict resolution and negotiating skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Must be able to multi-task, have strong attention to detail, and have excellent time management skills to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Able to identify a need, remove the barriers, and know how to make things happen.
- Values diversity of ideas, opinions, and people. Has good common sense and applied logic.
- Must possess or be able to obtain an appropriate state driver’s license before employment, along with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
