Stonebrook Exterior seeks a seasoned and highly motivated professional to assume the role of Front Desk Receptionist. This pivotal position is integral to fostering a positive initial impression for clients, visitors, and guests within the organizational atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cordially welcome clients, visitors, and guests, discerning the purpose of each visit, and providing requisite assistance or escort to designated locations.
- Maintain a poised and professional demeanor whilst engaging with individuals.
- Responsively handle inbound phone communications, screening and directing calls to appropriate staff members.
- Accurately record messages and orchestrate timely conveyance to designated recipients.
- Effectively manage and schedule appointments, along with overseeing conference room reservations.
- Systematically receive, categorize, and distribute incoming mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries.
- Ensure the expeditious delivery of items to pertinent departments or personnel.
- Execute general administrative and clerical support duties to augment diverse departmental operations.
- Participate in document preparation, report generation, and presentation compilation.
- Meticulously uphold fundamental filing and recordkeeping protocols, facilitating facile data retrieval.
- Spearhead document organization and management initiatives, guaranteeing confidentiality and precision.
- Deliver superlative customer service, addressing inquiries and requests with promptness and professionalism.
- Contribute to fostering a congenial and hospitable environment for clients and guests.
