Job Description

Our Spa Receptionist is responsible for...but not limited to:

Opens the spa and ensures the ambiance, schedule and team are ready to provide an exceptional experience.
Answers the phone with a smile and books client appointments.
Check-In. Provides personal attention from the time the guest walks through the door, including a warm welcome, introduction to our locker room and amenities, and helping them to have a seamless experience.
Works closely with the therapists to ensure that each guest is comfortable and on-schedule for their treatments.
Making gift card and retail sales recommendations.
Checks out guests and performs close-out reports at end of the day.
Handle daily administrative tasks including but not limited to scheduling, inventory, restocking and reporting.
Supports the general manager and serves as back up as needed.
Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product line.
