Receptionist_ Bilingual - Spanish
As a Receptionist at Finley Asphalt & Concrete, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk. Your role is pivotal in managing communication, supporting administrative functions, and providing excellent customer service.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities::
Responsibilities:
- Answer and Direct Calls: Manage a multi-line phone system, screen and forward calls to appropriate team members, and prioritize client inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer Support: Greet visitors warmly, handle their inquiries, and provide general information about our services.
- Administrative Assistance: Support team members with various administrative tasks, including mailing, faxing, sorting, typing, and filing.
- Client Inquiry Resolution: Address and resolve client inquiries swiftly and efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Mail and Deliveries: Organize and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Prepare shipments for dispatch.
- Document Management: Administer project documents from initiation to completion. Organize and maintain records, including copying, scanning, and uploading files.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the reception area and workspace professional and tidy.
- Correspondence Handling: Efficiently manage large volumes of email and other correspondence.

Requirements:
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

This is an hourly, full-time position, onsite that includes health benefits and PTO. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm with a one-hour lunch break.
