Elite Rehabilitation and Care Center in Vestavia Hills is home to Independent residents as well as seniors needing short term or long-term nursing care. The leader of the team has been with the community over 11 years. Duties Include:
Operate paging/telephone system as required; Answer telephone, determine nature of call and direct caller to appropriate individual or department; Receive and release information in accordance with established policies and procedures; Give directions and information to visitors and others; Assist with administrative duties as directed; Greet visitors; Follow all safety procedures and precautions; Ensure administrative supplies have been replenished; Maintain neat, clean, and safe work area; Present professional image through dress, behavior, and speech; Adhere to company standards for resolving consumer concerns and complaints; Display courteous behavior toward consumer and coworkers.
