Job Description: Administrative Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of office tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. Prior experience in a law firm is a plus!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Organize and file documents, both electronic and physical.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  • Prepare reports, memos, and other documents as needed.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role.
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Prior experience in a law firm or legal environment is highly desirable.
