Heavy Equipment Operator w/ CDL Job at Norton Energy Drilling in Levelland

Norton Energy Drilling is a family-owned drilling contractor based in Levelland, TX. Founded in 2005, Norton Energy provides contract drilling services to the exploration & production companies operating in West Texas and Eastern New Mexico. Norton Energy strives to provide safe and efficient operations to deliver the greatest value to its customers.

We are currently looking to hire a Heavy Equipment Operator with a current CDL with Air Endorsement to handle oilfield equipment using heavy machinery.

Requirements

• Must have a valid Class A CDL with air endorsement
• Must be able to operate a front-end loader, forklift, and other such heavy equipment.
• Minimum of 3 years experience operating heavy equipment 
• Must be able to report to Levelland, TX Monday thru Friday 8am - 5pm with some on-call rotations
• Must be able to travel to job locations in the Eastern New Mexico and Northwest regions of Texas
• Must reside in a 40 mile radius of Levelland, TX. 
• Must be able to stand, bend, twist, reach, climb, kneel, grasp, push, and pull
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs​​​​​​​
• Must have a clean driving and criminal record
