The Role:
We’re on the lookout for a skilled Equipment Mechanic to become a vital part of our team. In this role, you’ll harness your expertise to diagnose and repair a wide range of medium and heavy-duty equipment. If you thrive in a hands-on environment and enjoy tackling mechanical challenges, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in machinery and equipment.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on forklifts, tractors, and trailers.
• Execute routine inspections and safety checks to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Collaborate with customers to address their equipment needs and provide solutions.
• Submit repair bids and assist in preventative maintenance tasks.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with the Equipment Service Manager.
• Participate in training new team members and share your knowledge with others.

What You Bring:

• A solid understanding of schematics and mechanical systems.
• Experience with computer-assisted troubleshooting and basic computer skills.
• At least two years of hands-on experience in construction rental or equipment maintenance.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds and operate various equipment safely.
• A valid and current driver’s license.
