Tradesmen International is immediately hiring motivated Equipment Operators for projects located in the Plainfield, IN area. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $25/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

• Operate excavator, backhoe, dozer, etc
  
• Interpret blueprints
• Provide material lists and equipment needs for projects
• Pipe laying
• Grade foundation, and footings
• General concrete work

Requirements:

• Experience in all aspects of site development including pipe laying, grading foundation & footings, and general concrete work
• Must have reliable transportation
