Position Overview:
Forge Marketing is looking for an experienced, proactive HR Manager to lead and develop our human resources operations. As we expand, this role will be essential to fostering a strong, people-first culture and aligning our HR strategies with our ambitious growth goals.

The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, and performance management, ensuring that our HR practices support a high-performance, values-driven team. This position will work closely with leadership to support strategic goals, maintain compliance, and drive talent development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Hiring: Lead end-to-end hiring processes, from candidate sourcing to onboarding, ensuring high-quality and timely placements.

  • Employee Onboarding & Training: Design and implement effective onboarding and continuous training programs to set our employees up for success.

  • Performance Management: Establish and manage performance evaluation processes, addressing performance improvement and developing feedback mechanisms.

  • Employee Relations & Culture: Manage employee relations, address conflicts, and foster a positive, inclusive work culture aligned with Forge’s values.

  • Compliance & Policy Management: Ensure compliance with labor laws, update HR policies, and maintain a safe, respectful work environment.

  • Compensation & Benefits Administration: Oversee payroll, administer benefits, and implement competitive compensation strategies.

  • Talent Development & Succession Planning: Identify and nurture high-potential employees, ensuring they have a clear path for growth within the company.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

  • 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a growth-oriented company or sales-driven environment.

  • Proven track record in recruitment, employee relations, and policy compliance.

  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with a people-centered mindset.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation Range: $75K - $96K
