Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing the hiring and bring people in at a consistent base
• Supports scheduling, onboarding, employee referrals, and provider credentialing upkeep.
• Ensures focus and accountability to achieve departmental results.
• On-call one week per month to address emergencies after hours.
• Accountable for user satisfaction and oversees employee productivity, staffing, development, and retention within the assigned group.
• Provides overall direction and guidance to all new coming employees within departments. Leads customer support strategies and resolves escalated employee issues for the department.
• Act as the primary point of contact for caregivers and clients regarding hiring inquiries.
• Field coverage if needed

QUALIFICATIONS: 

Relevant work experience required.  - Required 2 years Previous Management/Hiring Experience - Highly Preferred Previous Medical Experience
