Store Systems Hardware Specialist
We’re seeking an experienced hardware specialist to join our team at Rainbow Apparel Company.
The hardware specialist main focus is to repair and maintain the returned parts and new parts needed to service the Rainbow Stores and provide exceptional customer service and satisfaction to all Stores.

Objectives of this role
· Inventory: Maintaining inventory records, purchasing parts, and ordering out-of-stock items
· Delivery: Ensuring parts are delivered to and from the stores on time
· Customer service: Answering customer questions and
· Records: Keeping records of customer transactions and parts returned under warranty
· Compliance: Ensuring parts comply with company standards
· Reporting: Reporting shortages, overages, or damaged items
· Computer systems: Keeping computer systems up to date
Your tasks
• Execute comprehensive testing to validate the performance, functionality, and durability of hardware products.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of hardware products to ensure compliance with specifications, requirements and quality standards.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in hardware testing methodologies and apply them to improve the overall quality of our products.
• Provide enterprise-wide Point Of Sale technical support and problem resolution. As needed
• Be responsible for ensuring POS equipment is installed and tested per documentation at the destination in a timely manner to ensure new store opening or to return existing stores to 100% operational capability.
• Perform other functions as deemed necessary by supervisor/manager.
• Required skills and qualifications
• Two year degree (or equivalent work experience)
• Strong knowledge of hardware design principles, testing tools, equipment, and techniques. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail and precision.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred skills and qualifications
· Strong communication, teamwork, and project management skills.
· Multi-dimension technical problem resolution
· Personal computer hardware
· Point Of Sale hardware/software
· User interfaces (windows, etc.)
· Fluent in wide range of Point Of Sale computing applications
· Spanish speaking is a plus but not required.
