Primary Skills: Hardware Testing (Expert), Labview (Intermediate), Electrical Engineering Fundamentals and Safety (Proficient), Electrical Schematics (Intermediate), Python (Intermediate) Contract Type: W2 Duration: 11 Months with possible extension Location: Westborough, MA (Hybrid) Pay Range: $45.00 - $52.00 Per Hour Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Robotic Test Development Engineer to join our dynamic Robotics Manufacturing Technical Operations team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving the culture of inclusion, developing manufacturing test strategies for robotic manipulation applications, and enhancing product manufacturability and testability. This role requires collaboration with engineering, production, test engineers, and external vendors to ensure the highest quality products at the lowest cost. Key Responsibilities: Foster and drive a culture of inclusion. Develop and implement manufacturing test strategies for robotic manipulation applications. Document test procedures, specifications, and acceptance criteria for both new and existing products. Design and implement automated test solutions, including electrical interfaces and software. Propose and implement design changes to enhance product manufacturability and testability. Must-Have Skills: Advanced experience in programming languages (LabVIEW/MATLAB/Python or similar). Demonstrated expertise in Electrical Engineering Fundamentals and Safety Proficiency in reading and debugging with electrical schematics.
