Volt is immediately hiring a Recruiter for a manufacturing company on the Westside of El Paso.

As a Recruiter you will:

* Recruit for high volume professional roles and other positions as assigned. 

* Will build a pipeline using viable sources. Research and build calls lists to recruit top    candidates.

* Will use company and position requirements to recruit candidates.

* Will screen resumes and conduct phone interviews referring only those qualified       candidates to hiring managers.

* Maintain ongoing communication with hiring managers to ensure efficient         interviewing and selection process. 

Recruiter must meet the following requirements for consideration:

* Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent is preferred

* Two years recruiting experience required in a fast pace, high volume environment

* Experience in developing and implementing creative recruiting strategies.

* Ability to manage resources to source viable candidates.

* Excellent resume screening, distribution and tracking.

* Excellent follow up with candidates and hiring managers. 

* Proficient in MS Office Suite

Schedule is Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

Rate of Pay is $20.00 to $24.00
