Job Description
We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity in the non-profit industry for an HR Recruiter in Stockton, California. The HR Recruiter will be primarily responsible for managing and enhancing our recruitment processes, maintaining confidentiality, and efficiently handling high volume recruitment initiatives. Experience in campus recruiting and NeoGov preferred.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and improve the entire recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all candidates
• Handle high volume recruitment initiatives, efficiently managing time and resources to meet recruitment goals
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive information related to recruitment and HR processes
• Analyze recruitment data to produce comprehensive reports, aiding in the continuous improvement of our recruitment strategies
• Administer various contracts, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws, codes, and regulations
• Conduct campus recruiting efforts to attract talented candidates from diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds
• Maintain and update accurate records of all recruitment activities
• Communicate clearly and effectively with all stakeholders, explaining our hiring policies and procedures in an understandable manner
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with individuals contacted during the course of work.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter in the non-profit sector.
• Proficiency in implementing and managing recruiting processes.
• Demonstrated ability with high-volume recruitment.
• Proven track record in strategizing and executing recruiting initiatives.
• Experience with campus recruiting highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of HR practices and labor legislation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to make objective decisions and screening candidates for hiring.
• Proficiency in using HR software and databases.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
