We are in search of a HR Recruiter for a role based in Richmond, Virginia. This role involves a significant focus on full cycle recruiting and the use of Workday. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct full cycle recruiting, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
• Implement efficient and effective recruiting strategies
• Utilize Workday Recruiting software for various tasks
• Manage the entire process of I-9 verification and on-boarding of new employees
• Use CRM and Applicant Track System for managing recruiting processes
• Perform background checks as part of the recruitment process
• Utilize ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now for relevant tasks
• Manage recruiting personnel and their tasks effectively
• Maintain a high level of communication with candidates and hiring managers
• Utilize Workforce Management (WFM) and Workforce Time & Attendance for managing recruitment tasks
• Perform various benefit functions as part of onboarding process.• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a similar HR Recruiter role
• Proficient in ADP - Financial Services
• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now
• Comfortable using ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
• Experience with Careerbuilder
• Knowledge of CRM systems
• Proficient in About Time software
• Understands Applicant Track System
• Able to conduct Background Checks
• Familiar with Benefit Functions
• Excellent Communication skills
• Experience in Workforce Management (WFM)
• Knowledge of Workforce Time & Attendance
