LHH is partnering with a wonderful client in Greensboro searching for a Jr. Recruiter to join their team! This role will be onsite M-F 8-5 and client is open to contract-to-hire or direct hire. The role will be paying $19-21/hr. and will offer full benefits on the permanent side. 1-2 years of recruiting experience preferred; training will be provided!

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct full cycle recruiting for various roles throughout the organization

    • Post open reqs. on job boards

    • Conduct initial phone screens

    • Schedule additional interviews with hiring manager

    • Send offer letters

    • Process onboarding (background checks, drug screens, criminal checks, etc.)

  • Provide new hires with information on benefits, company policies, how to navigate internal system

  • Assist HR with filing, scanning and administrative tasks

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of recruiting experience preferred

  • Experience using ATS or HR system strongly preferred

  • Must be proactive in recruiting approach and able to take initiative and think ahead

  • Must have strong communication and customer service skills

Pay Details: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour
