We're looking for recruiters that will move into either a Sales Development, Account Management, or Recruiter Career Path program. As a recruiter, you will act as the primary liaison between candidates and job managers. You will effectively source and qualify prospective candidates, match them with appropriate job opportunities, and ultimately help guide them through their career.

Qualifications

Below are the skills you will learn through our training program:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Engineering, and Renewable industries.
- Learn and improve recruiting tactics that help identify quality candidates for immediate or future employment.
- Evaluate candidate's strengths and experiences compared to clients' requirements through our Recruiting Operating Rhythm process.
- Learn to negotiate salary rates and other conditions of employment.
- Manage recruited employees with performance counseling, coaching, and career development measures.
- Work with Business Development Managers to help grow a territory through hands-on sales techniques and operating processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Desire to have a career in sales or recruiting (1-2 years' experience preferred)
- High sense of urgency and willingness to go above and beyond for our customers
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate and connect with all types of personalities with an organization.
- Demonstrate ability to work in a fast paced, competitive environment
