Are you an enthusiastic Recruiter with an impressive portfolio of achievements in finding and recruiting the brightest and most high-performing candidates? We're planning for continued growth here at realtor.com and currently hiring a Recruiting Partner to join our fast paced and growing team. This position is ideally suited for someone with experience in recruiting Technology and Product Development & Design candidates. You will develop relationships with hiring managers, internal client groups and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
In this role, you will:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment experiences for Product Development & Design, as well as our Technology teams
• Actively screen, evaluate and network with top talent utilizing innovative recruiting approaches
• Partner with our Talent Attraction Sourcing and Search Partners
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and all internal stakeholders
• Complete reporting of activities weekly
• Maintain a high-level candidate experience

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience
• Strong candidate sourcing and networking skills
• Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad range of positions at all levels is also desired
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated and proactive approach
• Process oriented
• Can work autonomously
• Amazing ability to create partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse is a plus)
