The Role

At CompanyCam, we're looking for a Recruiter to own and drive the full recruitment process for our departments. This role is focused on keeping things running smoothly and efficiently-think of yourself as the person who ensures the hiring process is as smooth as possible. We're looking for someone who's detail-oriented, enjoys building a partnership with hiring managers, and wants to create a great candidate experience. You'll be the go-to person for full lifecycle recruiting and will also get involved in projects that improve our operations, hiring strategies, and more.
In this job you will...
  • Be a hands-on recruiter from start to finish. From building pipelines, scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, interviewing, attending recruiting events, and assisting in negotiating offers.
  • Create resources to help our team and those who interact with us thrive. The goal? A "self-service" environment where everyone can access the info they need.
  • Gather insights from candidates and team members to improve our hiring experience.
  • Partner with hiring managers and departments to simplify processes and improve communication across the board.
  • Contribute to employer branding, onboarding, and any cross-functional People Operations initiatives that pop up.
  • Master Greenhouse (our ATS) to maintain relevant information and create a seamless experience for candidates and our internal teams.
  • Build and improve features in our ATS to make hiring faster, easier, and more consistent.
  • Ensure that everyone-from department leaders to candidates-has a great experience working with you.
  • Create reports and analyze data to drive efficiency and scalability at CompanyCam, identifying areas of opportunity.
You must...
  • Have 1+ years of experience in recruiting, coordination, or a related role.
  • Have experience working with HRIS and ATS systems (Paylocity and Greenhouse are a plus!).
  • Be familiar with People Operations terminology and benefits.
  • Be located in or around the Lincoln, Nebraska metro area.
  • Be an effective and timely communicator.
  • Think quickly and problem-solve when things need to move fast.
  • Take initiative-you're a self-starter who can handle day-to-day tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Have a customer-first mindset and a passion for making things work smoothly.
  • Have an eye for detail and a drive to make things better.
It'd be nice if you...
  • Have an HR Certification (not required, but would be a bonus!).
  • Have an understanding of national and state-specific employment laws and regulations.
  • Have experience as a project manager or have taken courses in project management.
  • Have experience gathering and analyzing candidate and ATS data.

Compensation:

This is a salaried position at CompanyCam. Our salary range for this role is $55,000-$65,000 and is based on experience. We also offer meaningful equity and other benefits.
