What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a passionate and driven recruiter to help us elevate the quality of teaching and school culture by attracting exceptional educators who will make a lasting impact on our students' lives. As BASIS Ed continues its rapid growth, we need a skilled recruiter to proactively source top talent for our nationally ranked, globally recognized schools. This role involves executing targeted recruitment strategies to hire the best teachers, ensuring we meet our growth and academic goals. A strong sense of urgency and dedication to finding high-caliber candidates who align with our unique model and culture is essential.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma required
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) preferred
2+ years of recruitment experience preferred
Experience with proactive candidate sourcing and engagement preferred
Teacher recruitment experience strongly preferred

Location: Scottsdale, AZ (must reside locally; travel to Central Office 3x/week)
Travel: Up to 20% (Visiting schools)
Responsibilities:
Identify and recruit top teachers and school staff.
Represent BASIS Ed at recruitment events and job fairs.
Execute recruitment plans and sourcing strategies.
Use social media, networking, and innovative methods to attract candidates.
Promote BASIS Charter Schools’ career opportunities and culture.
Ensure positive candidate experience through clear communication and consistent follow-up.
Conduct interviews and assess candidate fit.
Contribute to recruitment social media efforts (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter).
Build talent pools for future hiring needs.
Maintain applicant tracking system (Clear Company) and document recruitment activities (Microsoft Office Suite).
Support BASIS campuses as needed.
