The Recruiter Specialist plays a critical role in sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent to fulfill client job orders. The primary responsibility is to build and maintain a strong pool of qualified candidates with diverse skill sets, matching them effectively to our clients' staffing needs. Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills are essential for success in this position.

Salary $20.00-$24.00 DOE

Responsibilities:

• Actively search for potential candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct thorough interviews and screen applications to identify candidates who are well-suited for open positions.
• Work closely with the internal office team to ensure a continuous pipeline of candidates and to discuss strategies for fulfilling client job orders effectively.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of client job requirements to ensure accurate screening and referral of candidates to the Employment Specialists for placement.
• Assist with front desk operations, including guiding applicants through the application process and responding to incoming calls.
• Prepare routine reports and correspondence, ensuring clear communication with clients, candidates, and team members.
• Stay informed about staffing industry trends, market conditions, and relevant labor laws.
• Ensure compliance with Express Employment Professionals' policies and systems.
• Maintain a strong understanding of Express Employment Professionals’ staffing and placement services to effectively match candidates with opportunities.

   Qualifications:

• Bilingual (Spanish) required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a staffing agency or recruiting environment.
• At least 3 years of customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Strong phone and interpersonal communication skills.
• A professional, customer-oriented demeanor with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
