Burnett Specialists is seeking a Sr. Recruiter for one of our client in the Greenway Plaza Houston area. This role does start out contract with the opportunity to convert to full-time based on performance after 6+ months.

Job Title: Senior Recruiter

Location: Greenway Plaza, Houston, TX

Parking: Validated or Free Parking

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

While Temp/Contract it is in the office only but once perm it will be hybrid, 2 days in the office and 9/80 schedule

Pay Rate: $36.06 - $38.46/hour

Job Type: Long-Term Temp/Contract (6+ months) with Possibility of Direct Hire based on performance

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top-tier candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Proactively identify and attract qualified candidates through creative sourcing methods and tools.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights and recruitment recommendations.
• Maintain an organized and efficient process to ensure timely placement of quality candidates.
• Leverage technology and applicant tracking systems to streamline the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future opportunities.

• A self-starter with a "take charge" attitude and the ability to lead confidently.
• A resourceful professional who trusts their instincts and demonstrates sound judgment in decision-making.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with candidates and clients alike.
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in high-volume or niche recruiting environments.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
