Campus Recruiter Overall Job Summary This position is responsible for managing the full-cycle campus recruitment process for interns and graduates. As a Campus Recruiter, your primary responsibility will be to attract, engage, and hire top talent from universities and colleges for internships and rotation programs, and traditional full-time positions. Proactively build relationships with key academic institutions and student organizations to establish TSC as an employer of choice. Duties will include implementing campus recruitment strategies, organizing and attending career fairs and other recruitment events, conducting interviews and assessments, and coordinating the selection processes for interns and graduates. You will also collaborate with key partners to understand hiring needs, provide guidance on the selection process, and participate in campus events to promote TSC employment brand and opportunities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%) Full-Cycle Campus Recruitment: The campus recruiter oversees the entire recruitment lifecycle, from strategizing attraction methods to conducting interviews and extending offers. They collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to attract high-caliber interns and graduates. Talent Attraction: The campus recruiter employs various channels and strategies to attract and engage potential candidates. This may include hosting information sessions, career fairs, on-campus interviews, and networking events. They actively promote TSC's employer brand on college campuses, utilizing both traditional and innovative approaches. Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with universities, colleges, and faculty members is a significant part of the campus recruiter's role. They serve as the main point of contact for these institutions, facilitating partnerships, organizing campus visits, and participating in career development activities to strengthen TSC's presence within the academic community. Candidate Assessment and Selection: The recruiter evaluates candidates through a combination of interviews, assessments, and other selection methods. They ensure the selection process is fair, unbiased, and aligned with TSC's values and talent requirements. Diversity and Inclusion: The campus recruiter actively seeks to enhance diversity and inclusion within TSC's talent pool. They collaborate with internal stakeholders to design inclusive recruitment strategies, partner with diverse student organizations, and implement initiatives that attract a wide range of candidates. Employer Branding: The campus recruiter is involved in promoting and enhancing TSC's employer brand to prospective interns and graduates. They strive to create a positive candidate experience at every touchpoint, communicate TSC's values and culture effectively, and differentiate the organization as an employer of choice. Required Qualifications Experience: 2-4 years demonstrated experience in campus recruitment or talent acquisition Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field from an accredited college or university. Any suitable combination of education or experience will be considered. Preferred knowledge, skills or abilities Strong knowledge of campus recruitment strategies, trends, and best practices Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Proven ability to identify, attract, and assess top tier talent. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software, SuccessFactors preferred Strong organizational and project management skills Prior experience in Canva or a comparable software preferred.
