Vaco LA is working with a client in the Food Manufacturing industry who is looking for a qualified TA Manager/Full Cycle Recruiter to add to their staff. As a Full Cycle Recruiter your primary responsibilities will be to recruit for all corporate level opportunities including HR, Marketing, Legal, Admin/Office, etc. This opportunity is located in Culver City and will be in office at a hybrid schedule. This opportunity is paying between 100k-110k on a direct hire basis.

Job Specifications: 

• Proactively source and identify top tier talent through various channels 
• Collaborate with hiring managers for recruitment plans 
• Providing initial screening and interviews to identify top talent 
• Develop recruitment strategies to enhance qualified candidates 
• 5 plus years of Full cycle recruiting experience required for role 
• Bachelors Degree required for role 
• Experience recruiting for corporate roles such as HR, Marketing, Legal, Admin/Office, Procurement, etc. required for role 
• Experience working with ATS system preferably SuccessFactors
